Do the Trisquel developers read/post here? I'm assuming they use mach.

I want to build a Mozilla-based browser.

It's not present on Debian/Ubuntu/Trisquel repos, usually you require the whole cargo/rust stack. Mozilla browsers should have mach shipped on themselves.
Rebuilding or even tweaking a Mozilla web browser might not be a simple task if you are just begging to package, or compile.
